These terms apply to your use of this website and to services purchased from PERILLIHO. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our services
We offer an Initial Consultation, Standard Legal Drafting and a Full Retainer / Advisory service, as described on our Services & Pricing page. The scope of each service is limited to the items listed for that package unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Website information
Content on this website is general information only and is not legal advice. You should not act on it without seeking advice about your specific circumstances.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Consultation and drafting packages are paid in full at the time of booking.
- The Full Retainer / Advisory package is a recurring subscription of £1,200 per month, charged automatically each month until cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
4. Booking and scheduling
Your preferred consultation date is a request. We will confirm the appointment time by email after payment.
5. Response times
Retainer clients receive priority responses, which we aim to provide within 24 hours on working days. Response times are a service target, not a guarantee, and may vary in exceptional circumstances.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and documents in good time so we can provide our services effectively.
7. Cancellations and refunds

8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
